Wygwam: Individual toolbar configurations

I'm using Wygwam for EE 1 and want to be able to add the image icon but don't particularly want to include the other icons and facilities which are part of the bar the image icon sits in (such as flash and smileys etc). Is there any way I can separate the bar and just add the image icon without the others?

Just to try and clarify, I know that the configuration for Wygwam can be modified by dragging and dropping but the bar which contains the image icon (to upload and insert images) contains 7 others and I can't separate this bar.
