Wygwam 2.1.7 causes a blank module page if FieldFrame is not activated in EE1

Hi all,

I noticed a bug in Wygwam, in that if I am doing a brand new install, if I upload the Wygwam module but have yet to activate my FieldFrame settings, or if I have moved the server and the FieldFrame settings are inaccurate, when I click the Modules page, the server throws up a white screen. This is probably an issue for users who are using the Deeploy Helper module to change their path settings after the migration, so I thought I'd let you know. It certainly drove me batty until I figured it out doing the aforementioned fresh install.

I'm sure this affects a small portion of your actual user base this day, but I thought it was worth bringing to your attention. Thanks again for a great product!
