Hi
When I try tu upload files to a matrix field with Matrix Multi-upload, the files are named "undefined" instead of their filename. Clicking the upload button shows the progress bar but everything stays at 0%.
I'm at the latest version of both matrix and multi-upload. Cleared the browser cache as sggested in a similar thread, but nothing seems to work.
I have this problem in Firefox (on Mac). My client has the problem in Frefox on PC. Safari and Chrome on the Mac dont give any problems.
Any help on this?

We've seen this before if the files aren't being uploaded to the primary upload directory, and we’re working on a fix.Comment -

Just to add some extra info - I only have a single upload directory specified, and I'm also getting the same issues on Firefox/Mac. -

1Hi Brandon, I have the same issue. We cant upload to any directory when using MMU using any browser on PC (FF10/IE9/Chrome16.0.912.77 m). Getting pretty tired of uploading 100's of images when we know the amazing power of the MMU is only just out of reach! Is there a work around for this as we have been trying to use it for over 6 months? What's the status of the fix on this? Thanks for your awesome products!

I'm getting this same problem in FF11 Mac. It was working previously, but I'm not sure at what point it stopped... hadn't used it in a while. It works fine in Safari.
Adding the files produces no error in Firebug, but when I click "Start Upload" it reports "m.getAsBinary is not a function" in the plupload.full.min.js file. I just download a fresh copy of MMU from GitHub... no change. I am running EE 2.4.
Any ideas? I'm happy to give you an admin account to the site if that will help. -

I just installed the latest version and still have this problem in FF11 on a PC.

Nope, just got the latest with the same error in FF. In Chrome it says that it was unable to open directory.
Just a note... this was working previously in an older version of EE and Matrix. Same server but an upgrade to the something else broke this at some point. -

Looks like that was a Plupload bug that's been fixed (https://github.com/locomotivecms/engi....
I just updated MMU to the latest version of Plupload. Try updating, and let me know if it works for you guys. (Don't forget to upload the new themes/third_party/matrix_multi_upload/ folder, and clear your browser cache.
