Attempt to submit a new entry, and the entry goes through, but returns the following PHP warnings instead of redirecting correctly:

Redirecting to what? Do you have an extension in place that redirects you back to the publish page after submitting an entry? -

I've found that I get this error when custom fields with P&T Dive Bar fieldtypes aren't included in a safecracker form.

When are you seeing that? On the initial template load, or when you try to submit your SAEF?
