sad I’m confused

FieldFrame FF Matrix won't display correctly on Publish Screen

I've installed Field Frame 1.3.3 on EE 1.6.7. When I go to configure my fields utilizing FF Matrix, the Matrix Configuration area is empty.

When I go to publish in the weblog utilizing the fields with FieldFrame I get the following error:

Warning: array_keys() [function.array-keys]: The first argument should be an array in /home/my-site/public_html/my-system-folder/extensions/fieldtypes/ff_matrix/ft.ff_matrix.php on line 472

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/my-site/public_html/my-system-folder/extensions/fieldtypes/ff_matrix/ft.ff_matrix.php on line 478

  • The core issue here is that the Matrix Configuration isn't showing up. The other errors you're getting are simply a side-effect of saving an FF Matrix field without the configuration.

Create a new custom field, and check to see if you're getting any JS errors. You'll probably see something about $.fn.ffMatrix being undefined.

Most likely, either your Fieldtypes Folder URL is wrong (in FieldFrame's settings), or there's an extension conflict.

    sad I’m Really sad !
    Hi,

I have a serious similar issue, add I hope there is no relation between that and the fact that Marix is now commercial, so pushing to upgrade.

On a client site made a few times ago, running EE 1.6.8 and FF/Matrix all the catalog items where managed with matrix and it was perfect.

Today, the client have tried to add some rows but she can't, so i went into the custom field config and set a higher limit (just 20, the number) ... and here was my error ! Nothing else.

Matrix is no more available, the site and the edit page in the CP Broken !

    - On the custom field config, i have an empty space under the "Matrix Configuration"

    - The control panel throw that error on Edit page :
Warning: array_keys() [function.array-keys]: The first argument should be an array in ... /extensions/fieldtypes/ff_matrix/ft.ff_matrix.php on line 472
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in.../extensions/fieldtypes/ff_matrix/ft.ff_matrix.php on line 478

    - And logically, no Matrix fields on edit item cp, and "no more content on the website" !

I was't planed to buy a licence and re-code for all late projects made before it was 55$, and i'm *worried* about all the other old website clients, using, and needing Matrix !
