Running 2.1.2 Wygwam on Build 20100810. I have cleared caching, optimized tables, deleted the folders (theme and third party) copied the new folders back into place. Not sure why the entries aren't pulling the latest update. Tested another non-wygwam field and it updates.
Matrix 2.0.9 installed as well.

Sorry. The entry when displayed on the frontend isn't getting the most recent version of data from the Wygwam field. The frontend page displays older data while the edit view shows the most recent changes.

Weird. Are you absolutely sure you're pulling the right entry in your template? Try adding an {entry_id} tag in the template, and comparing it with the entry_id=xzy part of your URL in the publish page.

Tested. Yes the correct entry is being pulled. I have even cleared the saved revisions.

I just went fishing in the SQL and the Wygwam field doesn't seem to update the original field on the exp_channel_data table. Just seems the one channel is doing this. Instead of field 3 its field 150 that's receiving the update.
My bad I switched the Field Name several months ago and forgot to update the template. Site still in development.-
