FieldFrame has brought my website to its knees. I am in the process of moving a website I inherited from another developer to a new host. In the process, I got an error from ext.fieldframe.php, so I removed it. I was able to get into the control panel, but when I tried to enable extensions, got an error that ext.fieldframe could not be found. When I uploaded it again, the CP does not load.
I could really go from some serious satisfaction at this point. I am looking forward to your help.

Go to Admin > Utilities > PHP Info. What's the exact PHP version it says you have at the top?

Hi Brandon,
It says: PHP Version 4.4.8 and being able to read your mind, it should be PHP 5 something, correct? -
-
right :)
Most hosts offer both; just ask them how to enable PHP 5. -

I just enabled 5 and things are now working correctly. Once again, if all else fails, read the instructions - Requires PHP 5...
Thanks for the gentle nudge. -
